2. Return & Exchange Policy for Physical Products
2.1 Time Limit
2.2 Eligible Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, free of scratches, stains, or damage.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and unbroken.
- Order information, photos of the item, and issue description must be provided and approved by customer service in advance.
2.3 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, damaged, modified, or stained.
- Normal wear and tear such as discoloration or oxidation due to improper care.
- Requests made beyond the 7-day return period.
- Clearance items, special offer items, and promotional gifts.
2.4 Shipping Fees
- Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, wrong order, etc.): Buyer is responsible for both outward and return shipping fees. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
- Returns/exchanges due to seller error (quality issues, wrong items, missing items, etc.): Seller covers all shipping fees.
2.5 Refund Details
- Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable.
- Order intercept or refusal after shipment will be subject to deduction of shipping and handling fees.
2.6 How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact customer service with your order number, relevant details, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Allow 3–5 business days for review.
- Approved returns must be sent back as instructed by customer service.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
3. Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products
- A download link or cloud file has been sent.
- The item has been sent to your email or internal account.
- Automatic delivery has been completed.
4. Consultation Services Policy
(Bazi, Fengshui, I Ching Divination, etc.)
- No refunds will be issued once the service has been started, delivered, or completed(including the start of consultation, delivery of analysis report, or completion of online consultation).
- Full refunds may only be approved if we fail to deliver the service as promised or within the agreed timeframe.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or future events related to the consultation services.
5. Order Cancellation
- Unshipped orders may request cancellation via customer service.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer supported. Any applicable return request will follow the return policy above.

Delays, failed delivery, or issues caused by logistics, customs, or incorrect shipping address shall be resolved by the buyer with relevant parties, and the buyer bears corresponding responsibilities.

Slight color differences may exist due to lighting, display, and screen settings; such differences are not considered quality defects.

Damage caused by rough use, contact with chemicals, sweat, or corrosion is not considered a quality issue.
